A woman in a burgundy dupatta with gold zari, her face half veiled, in warm light

The season's collection · The Evening Edit

Heritage, stitched by hand for the evenings that matter.

Raw silk and hand embroidery. Each piece begins as a drawing and leaves the atelier with a story.

The house

We do not make dresses. We stitch stories, worn once and told for years.

What happens before a piece reaches you

Hands guiding pale green embroidered cloth under a sewing needle, spools of thread beside it

Sewing

Guided by hand

The embroidery is finished by hand first. Only then is the piece sewn, the cloth led under the needle a little at a time.

Red embroidered silk, close

Fabric

Raw silk, held to the light

The cloth before any thread: its sheen, its fold, the way it takes a shadow.

A sewing needle on ivory organza embroidered in gold, with spools of thread and gold scissors

Finishing

The last seam

The gold already in place, one last seam closes the piece. Then every loose thread is trimmed by hand.

A verse we keep

ہر دھاگے میں ایک کہانی،

ہر سلائی میں ایک زمانہ۔

In every thread a story, in every stitch an age.

Riwayat means the story that is told. Every piece of ours begins with one.
